What size sheets should I buy for a full size bed pushed up to a twin?

I have a full sized bed with a twin bed at the feet so it's one giant bed. I just bought a Cal King 3" memory foam topper off eBay for $35 that I'm going to cut down to size to fit on my bed. What size sheets should I buy to go over everything, king? cal king? cal queen?

you really need to measure the whole deal to get the right size.....use a length of string to go from bottom edge, up and over the top and back down to the bottom edge on the other side.... same with top and bottom... then, any extra inches are what is under the mattress holding it in place...
