There's a brand of T-shirts called Toffs. They have plain colourful or white t-shirts for both men and women. Here in Cairo they are available in practically any shop that sells clothes. In Alex, I guess you'll find them too, but just ask for them by name. You'll also probably find them in those shops that print pictures on T-shirts, but sorry, don't know any in Alex.
