Do you think Short-sleeve button down shirts look good on guys?

Ok, ok I get the point most girls prefer the long sleeve button down but per see it's hot outside and I'm not going to wear long-sleeve button down in the summer so aren't short-sleeve button down a good alternative?
Personally as a guy I think they look a little more classy and nice then normal t-shirts but I have nothing against either one.
