You thought this through pretty well!
I like the Chargers at 12-4 right there behind the Broncos. Right on there! I also like that you have the Steelers falling out of the playoffs. They are not that great of a team so I think you nailed that too. Good pick for New England- still taking the division but not dominant.
Just a few things I would differ on- you were a little generous to the Jaguars. 12-4 seems too good to be true. They are more like 9-7 maybe 10-6. Baltimore is probably about the same. I would probably have Kansas City being 10-6 and edging out the Jaguars for the 6th playoff spot.

Other than that it looks good. I'd be interested in seeing your NFC picks!
