Ultriva Lean Supply Chain Leader Shows 181% Net Income Increase In 2009

-           Deployed virtual Kanban methodology to leverage ERP systems like Oracle, JD Edwards, MAPICS, BPCS and CINCOM

-           Developed OEE (Operational Equipment Effectiveness) module for providing metrics at the machine and operational levels

-           Additional 500 suppliers went live at the new and existing plants

 

Laksham noted that "Ultriva's Lean Assessment Tool, provides a very easy mechanism to prospects and customers to assess their inventory health. The tool not only provides a great insight in to the company's material replenishment but also provides "what if" analysis on lead time, lot sizes and safety stocks.  In this year alone companies have done more than 100 such inventory analysis."

How can I put my pull chain kit back together?

I have a ceiling fan that I took apart to fix the pull chain that wasn't pulling anymore. Now I have 4 pieces to put back together and I figure it out. It has a shell, a spring, a metal "wheel", and a white one and a chain. Help?

You will save a lot more time than money if you just go and buy a new switch. The 3 speed switches are about $5.00 at local hardware stores. You can try to put that one back together but it is very hard to get the spring in the proper place. They are originally made by machines and the machines are a little better at small stuff like that than humans. Good luck...
