Are these Fozzie bear pins fake or real?

We bought a lot of pins on a well known auction site and are suspicious of three Cast lanyard "fozzie bear" pins we got. The pin number is 41767 on pinpics. What makes us suspect is the backstamp. Instead of the usual "CDisney" copyright stamp. It says C Muppets holding corporation LLC. We haven't ever had a muppets pin so we are unsure if the muppets LLC stamp is acceptable as a Disney affiliate.
