Can Baby Bibs Prevent Neck Rashes?

Preventing neck rashes is one of the most common problems faced by new mothers.  A neck rash can make your baby very uncomfortable indeed.  Your little angel will cry endlessly because the rash is itchy and could be very painful sometimes.  It can also lead to other problems like skin infections.  Babies can also lose their appetite because of the extreme discomfort due to neck rashes.  This is a bigger health concern and very alarming especially for very young infants.  Traditional bibs cannot prevent milk from spilling to the necks of babies.  Fortunately, there are new baby bibs now called Scrunch Bottle Bibs which are especially designed to keep the necks of babies drier.   

Traditional baby bibs will protect the chest of babies from spilling milk.  You can not tie a bib too closely around the neck because this is hazardous for your baby.  So you will allow a lot of slack which exposes the baby’s neck.  So when the baby feeds from the bottle, the spilling milk will flow unimpeded directly to his or her neck.  If the neck of your baby is always moist, then skin rashes will surely develop.  The usual solution against neck rashes is to apply topical anti-rash cream on the affected area.  But did you know that the sensitive skin of your baby can be damaged by the constant use of topical creams?  That is why the invention of the Scrunch Bottle Bib is heaven sent for most mothers.  

The Scrunch Bottle Bib has a soft cotton fabric that can effectively absorb spilling milk.  All you have to do is to attach it around the rim of the feeding bottle and keep the cotton fabric underneath the baby’s chin.  The bottle bib has a Velcro strap so it will fit snugly on all bottle sizes.  The cotton fabric is also reversible so you can simply flip it over for double usage.  By using these new and unconventional baby bibs, your baby’s neck will be protected as the absorbent cotton fabric catches the spilling milk from the bottle.  Because of this, the neck of your baby will be drier most of the time.  This will prevent neck rashes from developing thus sparing your baby from discomfort, infections, and skin diseases.  

Scrunch Bottle baby bibs are also machine washable.  So, just like any other baby clothing, you can simply wash it after use.  There is also no need for you to buy packages of disposable baby face wipes.  Normally, you will have to buy these face wipes monthly in order to keep your baby clean and smelling fresh.  But if you use the new baby bibs for the bottle, then you can erase the face wipes from your shopping list.  This means you can also save a lot of money each month if you use the new bottle bibs.  Keeping your baby free form neck rashes is easier nowadays.  With the invention of the new Scrunch Bottle Bib, you can effectively prevent milk from spilling directly to your baby’s neck.
